Varsha experts are retired Vice Chancellors, Senior Research Managers, Professors, Development officials. These experts are capable of identifying the various problem situations, disaster management, nutritional deficiencies, bio-diversity associated in different agro-ecological situations; various aspects of pre- and post-harvest management of crops, value addition and income generation to farm families and rural women. These members are having broad knowledge and involved in working with farm families, to improve their socio-economic aspects. In addition, they have knowledge in identifying bio-diversity available in rural areas and are capable of forming village level committees to maintain People’s Bio-diversity Registers, backed by wide exposure the members of Varsha have already formed various committees like Management Committees, Watersheds, and Water Users Association etc.
